On your site is an old version number as latest messenger.
Where can i find a history of changes?

Thank you, Gary....I followed that link, accepted the EULA, allowed
it to (ostensibly) install......but it flashed by so quickly, I was
suspicious, and it turned out that I was justified. When I went back
into MSN Messenger and looked at the "About", it was still
7.0.0816 .......

What do I have to do to get this 7.5 that people are talking about?

What operating system are you using?

MSN Messenger 7.5.x requires Windows XP (Windows 2000 is not supported)
