Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if Windows XP keeps a log of documents printed to a local
(not-network) printer?

If so where is the log kept?

Thanks in advance,

Antoni

I don't know of any log maintained by XP. Print jobs are deleted in the
print queue after printing. There are many 3rd party apps that will do this
for you. Below is a freeware app that will do that:
WinSite: CZ Daily Print Log

You can see the print log in Control Panel->Administration->Event
Viewer->System.
But for getting the correct information about the printed jobs, you should
use 3rd paty apps.
For example O&K Print Watch - http://www.prnwatch.com.
