Hello,
I could use some help regarding my computer. Up until
recently, my computer would go to standby or shut down
when set through the power options. I usually leave my
internet running and the system would go to standby after
20 minutes like I had set it under Power Options. Well, I
noticed recently, that when connected to the internet the
system will not shut down, only the monitor will. The
computer keeps running. Is there something that I need to
do to get it back to the way it was. Someone mentioned to
me about Windows Updates, and on the 20th, I installed an
Update for returning from Standby, but that's not the
problem, because it won't even go to standby if I am
connected to the Internet or AIM is on, or anything.
