How do I stop my computer from rebooting all the time.
Just started this morning and I can't seem to do anything
with it

Hi, Alex.
Define "all the time". Once a day? Once every minute? Can you use your
computer for a while before it reboots? Are you running the same program
(either in the foreground or the background) each time?
Can you go to System Properties | Advanced | Startup and Recovery Settings.
Under System failure, remove the check from Automatically restart.
Next time, instead of a reboot, your computer should halt with a BSOD (Blue
Screen of Death) full of cryptic codes. You'll still have to reboot - by
pressing the Reset button - but you'll have time to read those codes and
copy them down verbatim. If they don't make sense to you, post them here so
that a guru can interpret them and point you in the right direction.
Since you obviously can still go online, have a look at Jim Eshelman's
startup/shutdown troubleshooting page: http://aumha.org/win5/a/shtdwnxp.php
