I can't use, "search", "my documents", "internet
explorer", among other things. I always get the error
message, "windows explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close, sorry for the inconvenience" and it gives
me the prompt to send a report.
I have tried everything. I have Service Pack 1 and
version 5.1 of windows xp on my computer. I bought
norton system works 2003 to see if it would correct it.
It found 216 errors and corrected them but it did not
correct this problem.
I have run out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated
