Any time Windows has to exit, whether it is triggered by me or any other
process, it will take around 5 minutes. It waits a couple of minutes before
shutting any of the programs down. Once it does this, it will delay for a
minute or so again when it gets to the point where only my desktop wallpaper
is showing. Then when it gets to the Windows exit screen, this stays up for
a minute or so itself. After it goes blank, shuts down and comes back up, it
is fine. For the first couple of months I had the machine (Toshiba
Satellite), it had no problem. What can I do about this?
