Content Advisor Popup

Recently my explorer internet content advisor keeps
poping up and disrupting any thing I am doing. Sometimes
it stays up, but most of the time just flicks on and off.
I have tried to just turn it off but it doesn't work, and
just keeps poping back up every minute or so. If I am
typing, it will also cause the word processor to return a
few times often erasing what I am working on. HELP! It
is so annoying!

Go to the about:blank web page or some other page that isn't setting off
Content Advisor before you leave off browsing the web.
