Missing program file "mscoree.dll"

Hi,

When I run Norton Win Doctor, it showed a missing file:
"C:\Program Files\Common=20
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Inte l32
\DotNetInstaller.exe"=20
cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll"


In the event log, it showed:

事件來源: EventSystem
