Task Manager

Hi. I need help. When I press Ctrl+Alt+Del to end a task
for example, a box screen appears called Local Area
Connection instead. How can I put the default task manager
to appear instead of this Local Area Connection box? It's
a personal PC. Can anybody please help me? I am running
Windows XP.
