new printer help

i just bought a lexmark z600.

i tryed looking on lexmarks site for help but it seems that lexmar forgot to post that thay have a z600 ink jet printer...

everytime i try to isstal it an error comes up saying my spooler isnt turned on. i tryed turning it back on through the copmmand prompt and it keeps telling me that the servies or group failer to start. can some one please help me out here?

Go to Start > Run and type: MSCONFIG , and hit enter.
Under the General tab, check "Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services",
click "apply" and reboot.
