printer no black

[Shovelhead]

I have a canonS330 that will not print black. I have cleaned and deep cleaned
it, replaced the ink cartridge and still no black printing. The color prints
OK but no black. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately it sounds like the printhead has died. It's probably cheaper
to get a whole new printer...
