Is there a way to print out the programs list from Add/Remove progams?

I'd like to find a decent way to keep a software
inventory of what's on my lan, which revisions, etc...
The manual way (write it down) is too much of a pain to
keep current. Ideally, I'd like to be able to export
this list to excel or something.

Any clues?
