Status: Unknown

[Steve]

When I got into the Privacy tab and then check properties on those people on
my list. Most have a Status: Offline, Online but one says unknown. What
does that mean? Thanks.

Greetings Steve,

If the status is indicated as Unknown, it means they're not currently on your main contact
list, so the client doesn't know their status.
