I installed the software for my CanonFB310 Scanner in my
Windows XP Pro system. Despite the installation CD I
have, it kept on asking me for the driver. I thought it
might not be compatible with the new operating system.
When I tried removing the program, it would not. It
says "Internal Error, cannot proceed". I still have the
entry of the program in the "Add/Remove Programs" but
icons and the start menu are no longer there. I tried
deleting it manually, going to the folders, there are no
files pertaining to that program anymore.
Is there anything I should do? What "Internal Error"
might have happened?
Thank you, looking forward to your replies.
