Since you obviously know a bit about task manager - why not look and see
what application is taking up all the memory under the processes tab?

Is the message say that "memory is low" or is it saying that
"*virtual* memory is low"?
There is a vast difference between the two and we need to clarify this
before we can provide specific suggestions as to how to fix the
problem.
It is always a good idea to include the complete *verbatim* text of
any error messages when posting a request for assistance with a
problem, as sometimes it is the presence or the absence of a single
word in the error message text that is an essential clue as to what is
going on. The web page at http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm contains
some additional advice with regard to newsgroup postings.
Also you may find it much more satisfying to use the newsgroups
function in your Outlook Express rather than the web based interface
for accessing these newsgroups.
Good luck
