Dear sir,
I am facing a shutdown problem in our organisation when i
upgrade OS from windows98 to XP in all over Pentium 111
computers.The pc come to shut down screen and will not
turnoff power automatically,WE have to switch it of
manually. I make a fresh installation but still giving
the same problem .
We kindly request u to send an immediate solution .
