Still using old HP Deskjet 682C. It worked fine with no issues on last two
PCs. On new Dell 9100 pc w/ XP Media edition the printer will print out
documents starting with last page first. I found that this is selectable
under the printer properties but it only works correctly (front to back) if I
select "back to front" or I disable "enable advanced printing features". I
didn't install the original drivers as XP seemed to have what it needed.
Uggghhhh!!! If it isn't one thing it's another.
Thanks to any and all for your help!

That's by design. So that when you pickup the document from the printer,
the cover page is on the top.
