Can't find the restore CD that came with my computer, but
don't know if you can anyway. I tried to restore my
computer only back to Jan 1, 2003 and could only go back
to May 28, 2003. So here are my questions: Why can I
only restore my system back a mere 1 month? Is it
possible to restore my computer to the way it was when I
first brought it home? Can you do the restore that I want
to do without the restore CD? Can you use another
person's restore CD? Thanks for any help!!! I need it. :(

Dan;
Since Restore CDs come with OEM Computers, you need to use only the
EXACT type of CD.
Another Restore from another manufacturer will not work, you NEED to
locate your CD.

System Restore has limits on how far back it goes.
One month is very normal depending on your personal settings, usage
etc.
