Import Favorites to IE

I just recently upgraded to XP from 98. How do I import
my favorites into Internet Explorer? I saved all of them
to cd then copy & pasted them into the C Drive/program
files/favorites then dragged them into IE folder - how do
I get them to show under my favorites when I am in IE?

Copy the favorites to "C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Favorites"
folder and you should see them from IE.
