.Gif Images stopped Animating

Recently all .Gif images on my computer and on websites
that use to be animated dont animate anymore. I've looked
around for a reason, but have been unsucessfull, any help
would be greatly appreciated

Are you using a software firewall or ad blocking program. These can store
Gifs animating.
