HP 4650 printer problem - Urgent

Hi all,

I'm having serious problems with a hp 4650 printer.
It seems to like all sort of documents, but when I send PowerPoint
presentations, it hangs.
I connect through its web server (the printer is in a remote clients'
office) and I see "To print last page press" checkmark.

HP Printer Guide gives an explanation to this error message that
doesn't really solve anything: Press checkmark to continue.

Anyone knows anything ?
