Hi there. I have been trying to install some software and
Install Shield does not seem to be working. After I
insert the CD, I get a message that tells me that the
installation failed. The message also tells me to shut
down any programs (I have none operating) and gives me an
error code (I got 6006 and 6002).
I'm not sure what to do here. Any help would be much
appreciated! Thanks.
