I went to window update and attempted to download and
install the following:
Q282010: Recommended Update for Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service
Pack 7 (SP7) - Windows XP
However, I had a power surge in the middle of the
download/install and i failed. I have went back and made
several attemps to install and it fails each time in the
install segment of the process. My guess is that I have a
partial installation and can't go any further. Assistance
in completeing the download/install would be greatly
appreciated
