Print Screen...

My computer won't let me Print Screen on Xp - it copies
and pastes a black square instead of what is on my
monitor...can anyone help me work out why this is and how
to fix it? My PC is about 6 months old.

Simultaneously press ALT + PRT SCRN, open your PAINT
program, and from Paint's Toolbar, select PASTE.
