I have just bought a Sony USB stick. I put it in the USB and it picked it up and downloaded its drivers and said the message "now ready to use".
When you go into my computer and double click on it you get the message "Please insert disk into drive E". And the same message if you try to drop files into it!
Is it broken? PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like it is faulty - take it back to where you purchased it for a
refund or replacement (repair would be out of the question for this
device I think 8-)

Are you sure you are d/clicking on the right device? Does it show up as a
removable disc in My computer?
