Do the normal defrag, check disk and virus scan. If that
don't help, then memory is next step. Check page file
(virtual memory) settings. Also with only 2gig left on
hard drive I would delete any programs not in use and
lowering the amount of system restore space used.Also
check this site out for a memory test. www.memtest86.com
