I deleted Kazaa some 2 years ago, but after looking in the registry for the
first time, I've discovered what looks like a Kazaa folder. How do I get rid
of Kazaa and other programs I've deleted in the past from the regstry safely.

Delete the keys you dont like. Cross your fingers and hope for the best.

CCleaner is a good app to get rid of lots of temp files, and registry stuff.
And you could always google for info as well!

RegScrubXP and just delete the keys relating to Kazaa, reboot.
