Recovery Console

I do not or can't find a disk for the Recovery Console. Any other way to
download it or another way to access the A:\ drive

The "Recovery Console" is a command prompt repair option that is accessed
when booting up from Win XP CD. I'm not sure what your add'l comments
areeferring to ( especially the A:\ drive part).
