Win XP Fax consol

I have lost my fax consol. I am unable to intsall again whenever I try
doing this the fax icon appears than disappears. I am using windows xp
office. At one time this did work but I am not for sure when it stopped.
Does anyone have any idea to get the fax in Win XP to load?
