Hi ... First off what type of printer do you have ? Maybe your cartrige is
empty ? Which windows version do you have /

PS : Whenever posting a problem , Always add your computer specs and If its
a hardware problem , Mention what kind of hardware it is , usually the model
type and company name

You probably need a new cartridge. After a year and a half, the ink has
coagulated, so even if there is ink in the cartridge it may be too thick to
be used. You cannot expect an ink cartridge that has been opened to last
for 1 and a half years!

Well maybe that is the problem..ink might be old or has run out.... but my
black ink is fine, the color ink is the one causing the problem....and I've
had them both for the same amount of time. I might but a new color ink and
see if the problem stops.
