View Full Version : BSOD Still Need Some Help

Today I rebooted my computer after a few days of having on. After it detects
my HD's and CD-Rom's it goes to a blank screen and about 5 seconds later I
get the BSOD with the following information.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0X0000000A (0XF7C43354,0X000000FF,0X00000001,0X804E5619)

I have tried booting into Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Command Prompt, Safe
Mode with Networking, Last Known Configuration, Start Windows Normally, and
every other option available. Nothing lets me through. I have not installed
any new hardware in months. I uninstalled Creative Media Source for my mp3
player but I don't think that would do this. I did receive a message saying
that I had some type of trojan horse installed before i rebooted but Symantec
Corporate said it was deleted. Thanks for any help anyone can give. Luckily I
have own a laptop so I'm not completely in the dark.

I have looked at all the knowledge base articles and nothing has helped. I
have tried EVERY possible option. I have disconnected everything in my
computer except for the video card and power cord. I've tried the repair
install option also.

Thanks for any help.

This link suggest a driver problem:
http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

Have you looked in Start, Control Panel, System. Hardware, Device
Manager for question marks?

I installed WinXP Home on another HD in my machine and now I can access all
the files on the other HD. Is there something I can do now?

Not sure that was a good idea. Didn't you have a boot disk?

I think I will leave your problem for someone more knowledgeable to
advise.
