I'm trying to uninstall an application called America's Army Server Manager
from the Add/Remove Programs under Control Panel. However, when I click to
Remove, it gave me a window stating "This action is only valid for products
that are currently installed." Yet, this application was, and still is
installed. Could someone help me to find what's seemed to be the problem
here? Thanks.

It sounds like some of the program files have been removed, but the program
still shows up in the registry. When I've had this problem, I reinstalled the
program and then uninstalled it.
Another posibility is the creators wanted to make it dificult to remove it,
so the uninstall in Add/Remove Programs wasn't made to work.
You might want to go to the program's folder and look for an uninstall
executable.
You could also try a registry cleaning utility. There's some you can pay
for, but this crapware scanner (http://www.ccleaner.com/) is free and checks
your registry for broken links and such. It also has it's own Add/Remove
Programs tool.

Try reinstalling, then uninstall. Contact the program's tech support
for how to uninstall it.
