I was trying to remove some viruses and I think I removed something I wasn't
supposed to. Well, any way, when ever I log on, it immediately logs me back
off. Can the Windows Recovery Console be used to fix this?

When you get to the recovery console, after choosing your windows
installation and the admin password, at the prompt type chkdsk /r. Note the
space after chkdsk. This may fix your problem.
