can't send a fax

Hello
I have windows XP homeSP1, RTC modem 56K. I have Norton Personal Firewall
I try to send a fax with the console de télécopie. I become no dialing. The
modem is functionning. I've put the Share Fax driver as printer.
Somebody can help?

Has XP Fax ever worked for you?
The most likely culprit is Norton Firewall. Symantec products disable fax
almost routinely.
