Is it possible to ad a third video card and run 3 monitors in XP Pro? Thanks.

In theory yes but in practice no. I have not seen this work yet

yes, XP supports up to 10, See Help and Support, search term Multiple
Monitors.

Yes. XP supports ten monitors (as did Windows 98).
