Tweak UI

I have just downloaded Tweak UI power toys for xp but can not find it on my
system.

Anyone help me please?

Install it and it will appear in your Start Menu Programs under
"Powertoys for Windows XP"

Take a look in the windows' system32 folder, and a file called
'TweakUI.exe'. Make yourself a shortcut somewhere obvious.
