How can I send group lists from my OE address book as a file attached to an
e-mail ?

Hi George,

I like to use a .csv file, as it's plain text and easily imported. Open the
address book, click file/export and choose "other address book". The choose
the .csv (comma separated value) option and save the file to a location of
choice (somplace you can later find it). Then create a new email and attach
this file to it. The recipients can import this common file type to add the
addresses to their own address books.

it sounded rude to say reply wasn't helpful - didn't mean this. problem is
my "import/export" options are greyed out from file menu - what am I doing
wrong ?

The most likely cause ( I think :) for import/export to be grayed out is if OE is using the Contacts Folder from Outlook. If this is the case, you would need to export from Outlook.

thanks for this - have made progress and exported contacts to disc. Trouble
is I only need to share some groups within the address book and can't isolate
them
