My PC reboots when Internet connection restores

Windows XP home edition.
My PC require reboots when Internet connection fails. More clear, when
Internet connection restores, it show error- full blue screen with error
message, not any reaction, restart required.

Is there some setting which affect on this?

What is the actual error message that shows on the blue screen? That
will provide some information as to the possible underlying cause of
the problem. If there is a STOP code shown please ensure that you
include that plus all 4 of the parameters as well as any module or
file names mentioned.

I just find that this may not be related to Internet connection: i just
unpluged internet cable, that connect again, no restart will happens.

I would have preferred to have the actual content from the Blue
Screen, but this should suffice.

One thing I've forgotten -earlier PC was reboted spontaneously(without
the visible reasons), so I've set option to show an error on screen,
and not reboot(I've forgotten where this options is). So I see this
blue error message.
But the reasons of this error unknown, this link not help much for me
as i am not a microsoft software developer
