Hi,

I am able to add a printer to my pc but am getting a strange error message
whenever I try to print anything. The message is titled
C:\Winnt\explorer.exe error. It then states "Function Address 0x77fcb21d
caused a protection fault (exception code 0xc000005) some or all property
pages may not be displayed.

We just reloaded the operating system on the Dell Desktop and this is the
first error I have seen. All of the updates are installed and explorer is
version six.

Can anyone help with this problem?

Thanks,

Is this a Windows 2000 machine? Did a search on that error. Here is a link
to some threads I found. Hope it gives you a clue. Sound like a driver
problem. They talk about some patches etc. Hope this helps.
