When I open task manager, a several processes are running
with the file names ~2.exe and other hex numbers after
the ~ sign. ~2.exe is using up 99% of the CPU resources.
I cannot keep these from reappearing on boot using
msconfig. I CAN stop them from running after boot up with
task manager "end process tree" selection.
What is this program, and how do I remove it?
