I had a power outage the other night that shut off my
computer running Windows XP. Now when I attempt to boot
it up, it stops on the "Windows is starting up..." blue
screen. It then does nothing. I've tried powering it off
a couple times and it does the same thing. My computer is
on a good surge protector and it nor any other accessory
plugged into it was damaged.
Any ideas??
Thanks

Hold down F8 on startup and if you get a menu select Last known good
configuration
