Recently, while transferring data from my external Zip
drive to my XP system hard drive I have received
a "Delayed write failed...Windows was unable to save all
the data for the F:\file, (F:\ was my external Zip drive).
Immediately subsequent to the message, all the data on my
Zip disk in my F:\drive was lost and the disk became
unreadable, unwritable and unformatable. The help files
tell me that this is a ID 50 event with a source of
MrxSMB. Has anyone experienced this and how did it get
resolved?
