Has anyone else had the problem with your CD-RW drive not
ejecting after repeated insertions of a blank cd?
Microsoft admits the problem in an online article and
says there is a fix but I cannotlocate it. The telephone
help was no help! Does anyone know if this is a
downloadable fix? Thanks
