Progress Meter

Operating Windows XP Pro. I have two Epson printers connected, Stylus CX
6600 (USB) Stylus Color 680 (parallel). Whichever printer I am using the
progress meter appears temporally and then disappears. I am, therefore,
unable to monitor any print sequence. Any ideas as to why this should
happen.?

Make sure you have the latest Status Monitor packages installed from the
Epson website.

thanks for your reply. I have all the latest status monitor packages
installed but I'm still experiencing the same problem of the progress meter
disappearing. Any further suggestions please.?
