Program closes when trying to print

Windows XP Pro, try to print from AttachMate Extra to a LaserJet 2300n
printer. Extra just closes and no print job comes out. Can print
successfully to this printer from other programs. Have tried updating
drivers, back-dating drivers - nothing works. Help please

If it prints correctly from other applications, then we can at least narrow
it down to AttachMate Extra... have you contacted the software manufacturers
of this application?
