Folder name change

The shop where I bought my computer had entered a name in
one of the files in "Documents & Settings". When I have
tried to change the name , a message tells me that the
name cannot be changed as it is a system folder. Is there
any way in which I can change the name?

Hi,

You cannot change that folder name. And it was not the
work of the shop where u bought the computer but the
feature of the OS itself. it is used to save the settings
on a per user basis.
