Reinstall XP updates

Power outage necessitated remote system restore. Updates
successfully identifies and downloads 34+ fixes to be
reinstalled. When download is complete (after seeming
hours), install simply does not take place.

you can copy and save your updates from the temporary internet folder,just
use "ctrl+C" so you dont have to keep downloading them
