Install printer on all accounts???

Is it possible to install a printer on all accounts. So if you install a
printer it will be installed on all accounts? The only thing I can do at the
moment is to install it account after account, while I have about 10 to 15
accounts and multiple pc's so that's gonna take a while then.

Is this a local printer or a networked printer?
