can't accept aggrement for download update

I can not accept the aggreement to upgrade XP the window
box will not expand and therefore I can not answer the
question to accept.

Right click the Desktop, click Properties, click Settings Tab.
Click Advanced button.
Set DPI to 96dpi.

Or hit Tab key.
