What is the name of the folder? If it is not All Users or
Default User more than likely it is a user account. If
you can't delete it or change the name as an administrator
chances are there are services running under that
account's profile. Go to Start/control
panel/administrative tools/services and see if there are
any services running under that folder name. Sort by
Logon As
